Mandi and I set off early doors on Saturday to get to Frome. We were joined by Lauren , a known face in Frome as she works for Deadly is the Female. We had a lovely set up for the Saturday , our own work stations were our ladies could relax and be pampered. I personally didn’t leave my station all , I’m saving hard for driving lessons! We were all flat out it was fabulous! Some very happy ladies ,lots of them that were getting ready for the dance in the evening.
Throughout the day there was live music , rock n roll dance classes, oodles of stalls and yummy food!
The event was in it’s first year , and the turn out was brilliant! After a busy first day Mandi and I checked into our lovely hotel – The Cornerhouse and celebrated with Prosecco in mugs – Clink! Dressed up in our fabulous dresses ( Pin Up Clothing & Collectif ) we headed to the Rock n Roll dance in the evening.
King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys – Boy did they have us dancing! All of us girls took advantage of having our big circle skirts on!
Second day the VVR relocated to join all the new vintage stalls in the main all , they also had a clothes show which my dear friend Miss Cherry Bomb compered. Mandi styled all the models for the catwalk and I was flat out styling the public.
For it’s first year it was brilliant and VVR will be back next year!
